IDC: Global semi market for CE slid 2.6% in 2008

Market analyst IDC reports that the worldwide semiconductor market for consumer devices declined 2.6 per cent from Rs.214,787.85 crore ($44 billion) in 2007 to Rs.209,418.15 crore ($42.9 billion) in 2008.
