MICROTEST DC Bias current test system is an integration test system of 6632 LCR Meter or impedance analyzer and 6210, 6220, 6240 Bias Current Source.

MICROTEST 6210, 6220, 6240 series bias current source output can be controlled by 6632 LCR Meter or impedance analyzer directly. Up to 6 units of the 6210/6220 Bias Current Source can be stack with 6632, the maximum voltage of 20Vdc; up to 8 units of 6240 Bias Current Source can be stack with 6632, the maximum voltage of 12Vdc. MICROTEST maximum current can be as high as 320A. Frequency response up to 3MHz. The 6632 offers current graphical scan to inspect I sat and I rms. Analyze the curve of temperature change and saturation of inductor to see if it would burnout due to the temperature. List mode function, customers may select multiple parameters by 1 setting, all the test results are shown at the same time.

The age of 5G communication is coming; molding choke is wildly used in smart phone. Apple, Samsung, and Huawei……etc. use molding choke to fulfill high frequency high current. Compare with traditional inductors, molding choke has better anti-interference, smaller, better installation, and support higher frequency(5MHz).
